Gapstars Ranked a Great Place to Work for 2020

We are excited to announce that Gapstars has been ranked a Great Place to Work® for the third consecutive year. This recognition is a strong testament on the engagement of our people and the impact they are having on helping our clients, and Gapstars, grow better. So thank you, first and foremost, to our employees for their commitment to Gapstars mission and culture.

Commenting on this recognition Hugo Hemmen, CEO of Gapstars stated "I am immensely proud and appreciative of our people, for their commitment and resilience during tough times. Last year, Sri Lanka had a major setback in the Easter bombings and now Covid, yet the determination of our people has been strong, working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients and responding to challenges."

The Great Place to Work® Certification Program aims at assessing the employee experience based on five principals (Credibility, Respect Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie) through the Trust Index© Survey and existing people practices around fifteen main areas through the Culture Audit© Management Questionnaire.

The certification uses the employee feedback collected through the assessment process to discover, recognize and share insights of the world’s most desirable workplaces and businesses.
